Meghan McCain Blasts Ivanka Trump & Jared for flaming Dad’s ceremony

Meghan McCain, 34, let loose on Presidential daughter Ivanka Trump, 37, and her husband Jared Kushner, 38, for attending John McCain’s funeral. Meghan spoke in an emotional interview on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Feb. 7 and didn’t hold back. “I thought that my family had created it clear, at least I had, that the Trumps are unwelcome around me,” she told Colbert. “I was stunned after they were there, and it made me uncomfortable. And I hope I made them uncomfortable with everything.”

The View co-host didn’t mince words. “I really want it made very clear that the Trumps have beefed me then, and in the words of Cardi B [26, in her song, ‘Forever’], ‘They’re gonna have beef with me forever, and I’m not gonna forget.’ It’s sort of a strange element to my life now that they attended. I wish that they had chosen not to out of respect of nothing more for me, but it’s their call and I think America can judge on its own what they thought of that and what they thought of my panegyric.”

Many people across the United States mourned the loss of the former Republican leader, Vice President John McCain when he tragically died due to cancer on Aug. 25, 2018. His daughter Meghan gave a moving eulogy at the funeral, in which she seemed to brutally call out current President Donald Trump, 72, while his daughter was right there.

“We gather here to mourn the passing of american greatness,” Meghan said for her eulogy. “The genuineness, not low cost rhetoric from men UN agency can ne'er come back close to the sacrifice he gave thus volitionally.” Host writer Colbert, 54, then aforesaid that that a part of the eulogy seemed “somewhat pointed” (we’ll say!) and asked if Meghan knew that Ivanka and Jared would be in attendance.
