RAPPER DMX PICTURED WITH HIS FAMILY AFTER HIS RELEASE FROM PRISON YESTERDAY

American rapper, DMX, 48,  is now a free man after his release from federal prison yesterday.

The legendary hip pop star born Earl Simmons was released on Friday morning from Gilmer Federal Correctional Institution in West Virginia after serving a one-year sentence for tax evasion. 

After his released from prison, DMX headed straight to a local spot for breakfast with his son and fiancee.
